Your tasks 
- You manage the day-to-day social media operations across your accounts, keeping content calendars, publishing schedules and internal workflows running accurately and on time
- You own the monthly content production process from brief alignment with the client through internal coordination, review rounds and final delivery across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- You serve as the operational point of contact for your clients, handling feedback rounds, asset approvals and day-to-day requests with professionalism and speed
- You brief the creative and coordination team on content productions, ensuring all materials are delivered on brand, on format and on time across organic and video formats
- You track performance and compile reporting, translating data into clear and actionable updates for clients and internal teams
Your skills 
- You bring 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in an agency environment with solid exposure to content approval flows and structured, multi-stakeholder client environments
- You manage multiple workstreams at once without losing accuracy or attention to detail, stay organised and proactive, flag issues early and keep the right people informed
- You have solid editorial instincts and catch a wrong caption, a misaligned format or an off-brand detail before anything goes live
- You execute confidently across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, use scheduling and publishing tools daily, and have a working understanding of paid social dynamics and multi-agency setups including asset delivery and format specs
- You communicate clearly and fluent in English and Italian (French is a plus), adapt your tone to the context, and actively use AI tools across content production, social media management and campaign execution
